Aaron Zmolek enters his sixth year coaching at UW-Eau Claire in 2026-27.

During his tenure Zmolek has led 4 4x400 relays and 4 400m athletes to UWEC all-time top 10 times. While competing at UW-Eau Claire Zmolek was a 3-time NCAA Championship qualifier as part of the 4x400 and once an all-American leading off a team running 3:12.63. He has personal best of 21.71 in the 200 and 49.58 in the 400m while in college.
