Dolan enters his 3rd year coaching at UW-Eau Claire in 2026-27.
After graduating from UWEC in the spring of 2022 Dolan spent 2 years in graduate school at Colorado State University where he also finished his eligibility as a runner. He also served as assistant coach for both cross country and track and field at Fossil Ridge High School in Fort Colins helping lead the girls to a Colorado 5A 2nd place finish and the boys to a 12th place finish. While competing for UW-Eau Claire Dolan earned all-American honors in the steeplechase his senior season and sits 3rd all-time in UWEC history in this event
