Zmolek enters his 3nd year coaching at UW-Eau Claire. 

While competing at UW-Eau Claire Zmolek was a 3 time NCAA Championship qualifier as part of the 4x400 and once an all-American leading off a team running 3:12.63. He has personal best of 21.71 in the 200 and 49.58 in the 400m while in college.
