Why did you choose UW-Eau Claire?
I chose UW-Eau Claire because I was really drawn to their lacrosse program and the welcoming team. After touring the beautiful campus, I knew I wanted to spend my next four years here. I was also excited about their business program, particularly in marketing, and I’m eager to pursue my studies in that field. Additionally, I met some Eau Claire alumni who had amazing things to say about the school, which made my decision even easier!
Why do you choose to play Division III?
I chose to play Division III at UWEC because it allows me to balance my studies and other aspects of campus life while still competing at a high level. It’s also close to home, so my friends and family can watch my lacrosse games and be a part of my journey.
Who is your role model/mentor? Why are they important to you?
My sister is my role model because we’ve always been teammates and competitors on the lacrosse field, pushing each other to improve since we were kids. She has inspired me to become a better player, both on and off the field, and I’ve learned countless lessons from watching her play. As a college athlete herself, we share similar experiences, and it’s something we really connect over.
What is your pregame meal?
Chicken, rice, and vegetable bowl.
What is your favorite movie/show/TV series?
The Harry Potter series.
Where is your favorite place to study on campus?
The upstairs of The Cabin!
