Marcie Schwamberger enters her 19th year as an Assistant Cross Country and Track & Field Coach at UW-Eau Claire in 2025.
Schwamberger has been an assistant track and field/cross country coach at UWEC since the fall of 2007. She has helped coach two national championship teams in cross country and five in track & field. Additionally, she has helped coach four individual national champions and one national championship relay, plus several All-Americans.
Schwamberger graduated from UW-Stevens Point in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in sociology and earned a K-12 Physical Education degree from Millikin University in 2006. She competed in cross country and track and field at UW-Stevens Point, where she qualified for the NCAA Championships multiple times.
Schwamberger teaches physical education in the Eau Claire Area School District. She is married to Dan Schwamberger, who is the Head Men's and Women's Cross Country Coach at UW-Eau Claire.
