Details: We’re back for round two! Our second youth camp of the fall is a great opportunity for young athletes to continue developing their softball skills in a fun, energetic environment. Whether you attended Camp #1 or are joining us for the first time, this session will focus on both offensive and defensive fundamentals—all while being coached and encouraged by our Blugold players in a positive, team-centered atmosphere.

Pitcher Workshop #2

Who: Softball players graduating in 2026, 2027, 2028, or 2029
Cost:Â $120 per player
Details:Â Blugold Coaches, Coach Huntington and Coach Place, will work with pitchers to assess their current pitch profile, help them understand what their pitches truly do, and how to enhance them. We will use a pitching Rapsodo unit to help participants see and feel what they are currently doing and how they can improve their pitch profile.
What You'll Learn:
- Pitch Metrics Mastery:Â Understand key data points such as velocity, spin rate, spin axis, vertical and horizontal break, and how each affects pitch movement.
- Pitch Design & Optimization:Â Learn how to adjust grip, release, and mechanics to improve pitch efficiency and consistency using real-time feedback.
- Data-Driven Development:Â Use measurable data to track progress over time and set specific, performance-based improvement goals.
- Pitch Sequencing Insights:Â Analyze pitch shapes and movement profiles to develop effective pitch combinations for game situations.
- Technology Integration:Â Gain hands-on experience using Rapsodo software and interpreting visual analytics to translate data into actionable adjustments.

Prospect Camp

Who: Softball players graduating in 2026, 2027, 2028, or 2029
Cost:Â $120 per player
Details: Our Prospect Camps are built for high school athletes who are ready to compete, grow, and get a feel for the college softball experience. Led by the UW-Eau Claire coaching staff and players, this camp will combine advanced skill development with competitive gameplay, giving athletes the chance to sharpen their tools while showcasing their abilities in a dynamic setting. Campers will work through focused position-specific instruction, offensive reps, and live competition sessions - mirroring the intensity and structure of a collegiate-level practice. It’s a great opportunity to be seen, get coached, and experience what it’s like to be part of our program.
