Ian Pepple's decisive fall at 3:23 in the 197 lbs weight class.
Izzy Balsiger also contributed significantly, earning a 7-3 decision in the opening match.
**UW Eau-Claire Highlights**
Wyatt Unser delivered a dominant performance in the 133-pound weight class, securing a technical fall over George Ahles with a score of 18-2 at 6:09. His victory contributed five points to the Blugolds' commanding lead.
Ty Fink showcased his technical skills at 141 pounds, achieving a technical fall against Maddox Rye with a 19-4 score at 5:22, adding another five points to the team's tally.
Preston Carlisle demonstrated impressive control in the 174-pound bout, achieving a technical fall against Dylan Cariveau with a 15-0 score in 4:22, contributing five points to the team score.
Zak McPhee excelled in the 184-pound class, pinning Easton Hull in 6:37, earning six points for UWEC and furthering their advantage.
Sloan Welch closed the official matches strongly in the heavyweight class, securing a technical fall over Jack Callen with a 16-0 score in just 3:25, earning five points and capping off a decisive team victory.
The Blugolds dominated the dual, winning nine of ten matches. Notable performances included
