SAUK CENTRE, Minn. (Blugolds.com) The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire men's golf team traveled to Lynx National Golf Course in Sauk Centre for the Saint John's University Winter Classic. The Blugolds took second place out of 16 teams with an overall score of 294 just one point out of first place. 

Results

Eau Claire had all five golfers place in the top 25. Connor Brown (Jr.-Racine, WI/Union) lead the team in fifth place with a score of 72 and five birdies. Nick Amtmann (Fr.-Nashotah, WI/Arrowhead) and Carson Brock (So.-Onalaska, WI/Holmen) followed close behind tied in 8th place both scoring a 73. The Blugolds continue their successful spring season with another top five finish.
