NEW PRAGUE, Minn. (blugolds.com) - The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire men's golf team traveled to New Prague Minnesota for the Bobby Krig Invitational on Sunday and Monday. Isaac Prefontaine (Sr. – New Franken, WI/ Green Bay Preble), led the Blugolds in the invitational finishing tied for third amongst all participants with a score of 151 (+10) over both days. The Blugolds placed second out of the 15 teams in the hard-fought tournament.

Four Blugolds land in the top 15 for scoring.
Connor Brown (Racine, WI/Union) and Corey Boerner (FR. – Bloomington, MN/ Bloomington Kennedy) tied for 6th with scores of 152 (+11).
Cole Jahnke (Jr. – Stillwater, MN) tied for 13th shooting 153 (+12).
The Blugolds will head Blackberry Ridge GC/Monticello CC for the Saint John's Spring Invitational on Saturday April 24th.
