EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (blugolds.com) - The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women's golf team co-hosted the UWEC-UWRF Invitational on Saturday and Sunday. The Blugolds hosted the tournament at Wild Ridge & Mill Run Golf Course and finished the event with a two-round score of 700 to take first place.

The Blugolds had three players finish in the top six.
Lexi Meade (So. – Eau Claire, WI/Memorial) led the way with a 162 and finished the day 2nd overall. Meade led all players on in round 2 making four birdies and a career low score of 76.
Jessica Rudnicki (Sr. – Sun Prairie, WI) finished with a 174 and tied 3rd overall. Holly Carlson (Fr. – Ellsworth, WI) finished with a score of 177.
The Blugolds next match will be on Saturday, April 17 when they travel to play in the Bethel Invite at the Pebble Creek Golf Course.
