STONE MOUNTAIN, Georgia (Blugolds.com) – After the first day of the Discover Dekalb Emory Invite, the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire men's golf team is tied for fourth place.
Results
Playing at the Smoke Rise Country Club, the Blugolds shot a 305 in round one and shot a 287 in round two for a two-round score of 592. Huntingdon College leads the field with a 578.
Alex Rogan (Jr. – Lino Lakes, MN/Centennial) led Eau Claire on the day, shooting a 72 and 71 for a 143 which puts him in a tie for third place. Nick Bauer (Sr.- Oshkosh, WI/North) followed with a 144 and is tied for sixth.
Cole Jahnke (Fr.- Stillwater, MN) is tied for 44th with a 154 while Jake Reckin (So. – Bellevue, NE) is tied for 50th with a 155. Brady Thomas's (Jr. – Middleton, WI) 157 has him in a tie for 62nd.
