MOORHEAD, Minn. (Blugolds.com) - The University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire women's soccer picked up their first win of the season on the road Sunday, thanks to some veteran leadership from Monica Zoellner (Jr. - East Troy, WI).

Zoellner would net both of Eau Claire's goals, one in each half. Jordyn Gunderson (Fr. - Centerville, MN) would get credit with an assist on the second goal to earn her first collegiate point. The Blugolds out-shot the Cobbers 7-3 in the win.

Anna Sveiven (Fr. - Blaine, MN) would only play the first half, but gets credit for her first win as a Blugold (1-4-1).
