SARTELL, Minn. (Blugolds.com) – The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire men's golf team is in second place after round one of the Saint John's Fall Invitational held at Blackberry Ridge Golf Course.

UW-Eau Claire turned in a strong score of 295 (+7), just one stroke behind the University of Manitoba.
Once again, Ryan Isaacson (Sr. – Eau Claire, WI/Memorial) leads the way for the Blugolds, shooting a 71 (-1) and is tied for second. Manitoba's Devon Schade leads the field with a 70 (-2).
Isaac Prefontaine (Fr. - New Franklin, WI/ Green Bay Preble) and Alex Rogan (So. – Lino Lakes, MN/Centennial) followed with a 73 (+1) and are tied for fifth while Grant Burish(So. – Janesville, WI/Shattuck-St. Mary's) is tied for 37th after tallying a 78 (+6).
