SHERRARD, Ill. (Blugolds.com) – After round one of the Augustana Invitational, the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire men's golf team is in third place while Brady Hanson (Sr. – Woodbury, MN/East Ridge) leads the field.

Results

Hanson shot a 68 on Friday to earn the top spot on the leader board. Ryan Isaacson (Jr. – Eau Claire, WI/Memorial) followed with a 74 to tie for 14^th while Joey Dreier (Sr. – New London, MN) and Alex Rogan (Fr. – Lino Lakes, MN/Centennial) tallied a 75 to tie for 22^nd. Phil Johnson (So. – Eagan, MN) also turned in a score of 76 to tie for 27^th.

The Blugolds' team score of 292 just narrowly trails Illinois Wesleyan (289) and Black Hawk Community College (291). Eau Claire will play the second and final round on Saturday.
