SANDESTIN, Florida (blugolds.com) – The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire men's golf team is in 13th place after day one of the Golfweek Fall Invitational at the Raven Golf Club.

Brady Hanson (Sr.-Woodbury, MN/East Ridge) led the Blugolds in the opening round, shooting a 73 (tied for 26th) while Michael Immekus (Fr.-Greendale, WI/Catholic Memorial) followed with a 75 (tied for 39th).
The Blugolds turned in an overall score of 302, while the University of Texas-Tyler is in the lead with a 285. Illinois Wesleyan's Conner O'Neill leads the field with a 66 (-5).
The Blugolds will play round two of three on Oct. 10.
