DECORAH, Ia. (Blugolds.com) – The UW-Eau Claire women's cross country team nine of the top 11 runners as they went to win the JV Cup here today on the Luther College campus.

Emily Holman (Sr.-Rochester, MN/Century) took top individual honors finishing the 6K course in a time of 23:30.2.  Gretchen Berg (So.-Nashotah, WI/Arrowhead) took second place four seconds behind Holman.  Lian Arzbecker (Fr.-Pewaukee, WI) finished third in a time of 23:41.7.

Callie Fischer (Fr.-Oneida, WI/Ashwaubenon) earned a fifth place with a time of 23:53.2.  Erika Owens (Fr.-Chilton, WI) crossed the finish line behind Fischer in 24:00.6.  Nicole Cisewski (So.-Plover, WI/Stevens Point) finished in seventh place in a time of 24:12.9.

Renee Culbertson (Fr.-Bristol, WI/Westosha Central) was the final Blugold runner to earn points finishing in ninth place crossing in 24:25.4.

The Blugolds will compete next Saturday, November 15 at the NCAA Division III Regional.  Race time is set for 12:00 p.m.
