UW-Eau Claire High School Running Camp
Sunday, July 13 through Thursday, July 17, 2025
Camp Philosophy:
The foundation of the UW-Eau Claire cross country / middle and long distance running program is a positive team environment where everyone is respected. A strong work ethic with an emphasis on training smart, enjoying competition, and having fun are the key components of our training philosophy. Student athletes who have embraced this philosophy have achieved great running success. More importantly, student athletes who have embraced this mindset have been successful in the classroom and their careers after college.
The goal of this running camp is to share this philosophy and provide high school cross country / middle and long distance track runners (anyone entering 9th through 12th grade in the fall of 2025) of all abilities a foundation of intelligent training and positive motivation that will help them reach their full potential as student athletes. This is accomplished through training discussions by successful high school and collegiate coaches in combination with workouts led by current and former UW-Eau Claire cross country and track student athletes.
