WAVERLY, Iowa (Blugolds.com) – The fourth-ranked UW-Eau Claire women's outdoor track & field team finished in third place out of nine teams at the Wartburg Select today.

The Blugolds finished third with 132.2 points while Wartburg won the meet with 289.7. UW-La Crosse was second with 137.

Three Blugolds won events.

Jordanne Greenup (Sr.-Fridley, Minn.) won the 200-meter dash with a time of 25.19 seconds.

In the 100-meter hurdles, Kim Miresse (Sr.-Waukesha, Wis./North) took the top spot with a time of 15.36 seconds.

In the field, Caitlin Brendum (Jr.-River Falls, Wis.) won the hammer throw with a toss of 50.10 meters (164-4).

Next weekend, Blugolds will compete at both UW-River Falls and UW-Platteville.
