The UWEC 2025 Strength and Performance Camp is RETURNING this summer for all athletes entering grades 6-12!
Goal of the Camp:
Our goal is to provide middle school & high school aged athletes in the Eau Claire area access to a high-quality Strength and Performance programming coached by Nationally Certified, University Strength and Performance coaches.
This program is specifically designed to increase ALL aspects of athletic performance including:
- Speed
- Change of Direction
- Explosive Power
- Strength
- Mobility
**All athletes will receive a FULL ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT at the beginning and end of the 6 week session!
