Wishau appeared in five out of the Blugolds’ eight games this week and finished with a 4-0 record as the Blugolds went undefeated and won the 2012 WIAC title. Pitching 29 innings, she struck out 16 batters while allowing 25 hits and only seven runs, six of which were earned. Sunday, Wishau pitched in two games against UW-Whitewater to determine the conference crown. She picked up the win in the first game, pitching the complete game, as the Blugolds won 2-1 and then pitched the final two innings of the second game to earn a save in a 5-4 victory.
